Potomac Yard HOA Facts
Be informed about what's really happening with the Potomac Yard HOA
Here's What's Happening
Most of us live in Potomac Yard because we want a friendly, no-drama community where services like landscaping and snow shoveling are taken care of. But a small element has been trying to turn the Potomac Yard Homeowners Association into a microcosm of divisive national politics, challenging everything from our landscaping contracts to the city zoning decisions that designate parking spots in our community.
A small group of homeowners has filed more than 20 complaints against the HOA and another 20 records requests that require a legal review this year. Our legal budget is set to quintuple to $100,000 in 2024.
